1. Open Facebook
2. Enter the username of the victim.

3.And click login.
after clicking, you will see a window like this.

4. Click on Forgotten account.
5. Enter username of the victim.
6. Click search.

7. There you will see the Account of the victim.
8. Click on No Longer Have Acces To These.

9. Then you will get to a window where Facebook will ask you for the E-mail address. This e-mail address is for sending you a link to reset the victim's Facebook Account. Keep one thing in mind that the e-mail address you are going to give facebook does not belong to any other facebook account. If it does then they will not accept it.
